Invoicing
Invoicing is a click of a button.
Each booking is an invoice.
Thus the invoice is actually created at the time of entering the booking.
This is similar to the running invoices created by many bus companies.
Invoicing Procedure
The invoice was created at the time of entering the booking.
Check that each job has its dollars.
Check that the invoice destination is correct. (Printer, email or fax.)
Click the 'Generate Invoice' button and an invoice is printed, faxed or emailed.
The printed invoice is ready to fold and put in a windowed envelope.
A black and white invoice is printed for the records.
The invoicing preferences are remembered for each client.
Effectively, invoices are created at the time of entering a booking.
